Your Performing Arts Center Students Raising Money For Charities
A vendor fair and musical performances will be held in downtown Yorkville on Sunday, Jan. 27.

YORKVILLE, IL — Students with Yorkville's Your Performing Arts Center will host a vendor fair and concert Sunday, Jan. 27, in downtown Yorkville, according to a news release. The students are raising funds for a variety of charities, officials said.
"Throughout the year, YPAC students learn to use their gifts and talents to uplift and help others, and to serve in a way that can profoundly impact our communities and world," said YPAC productions directorBridget Nameche. "Community service is a key component of this, and students are encouraged to raise money for a charity or cause they are passionate about."
Officials say dance students will be selling handmade baked goods, keychains, jewelry, handmade kitchen towels, canned goods and other items from noon to 1:30 p.m. at 222 S. Bridge Street. Music students will perform live from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Law Office Pub and Music Hall just down the street at 226 S. Bridge Street. Organizers suggest a $5 per person or $10 per family donation for the performance.
