On Wednesday the Scott County Sheriff's Office held a Swearing In-Ceremony welcoming Paul Pridemore as our newest Deputy.

Paul Pridemore was born in Clinton, IA and raised in Bettendorf, IA. Paul attended Bettendorf schools where he met his wife Johanna. Paul joined the Marine Corps in November 2000. Paul served as a Marine for eight and a half years and had two combat deployments in Iraq and two deployments to Bahrain, where he conducted the noncombatant evacuation operation in Lebanon during his service. Paul joined the Scott County Sheriff's Department as a Correctional Officer in 2016 where he completed training for Corrections Emergency Response Team, Transport Officer, Field Training Officer, and Defensive Tactics Instructor.
