On Wednesday the Scott County Sheriff's Office held a Swearing In-Ceremony welcoming two new Reserve Deputies Jim Morrissey and Bruce Wold.

James Morrissey was born at Andrew's AFB Hospital near Washington D.C. Jim graduated from Davenport West High School and was in the U.S. Army. Jim has worked previously for Canadian Pacific, Buffalo, Blue Grass, and Davenport as a police officer. Jim is married with 2 children. He is looking forward to continue to serve the public as a member of the SCSO Reserve.
