For many Priority List members, the planning process often begins with a home visit from Worthington.

"I use this time to offer advice, answer questions, and suggest floor plans that might work for their lifestyle," she notes.

If they already have a residence in mind, however, Worthington helps create a space plan.

"I use a magnetic space-planning board to lay out the furniture they wish to bring with them and test different arrangements. It really helps people picture themselves in their new home," she explains. "I love being able to tell people that their most special furniture and artwork pieces will fit beautifully."

This service made a big impression on Al and Linda Landreth, who moved to Tallgrass Creek in September 2024.

"Nancy brought her magnetic board to our house, and we looked at the layout together," recalls Linda.

That was certainly the case for the Landreths. "Everything worked like clockwork!" says Al.
