- One man has died after crashing into Greenwood Mall on Saturday. Officers with the Warren County Sheriff's Office say a deputy attempted to pull the driver over for a traffic stop before he sped off and ultimately hit the building. The driver was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and died after being transported to a hospital. (WZTV)
- Bowling Green's Minor League Baseball team made its first appearance as the Hot Dogs on Saturday. The team lost to the Winston-Salem Dash in the 5-3 game at Bowling Green Ballpark. The matchup was the fifth of a six-game series between the two teams. (WBKO)
- Down Syndrome for Southern Kentucky hosted the fourth annual “Drive up for Down Syndrome” fundraiser over the weekend. The car show was held outside the Bowling Green Municipal Utilities building in order to raise money for activities and programs at the Bowling Green Buddy House. The local nonprofit supports individuals with Down syndrome and is one of only three of its kind in the entire state. (WBKO)
