Paired with a similar closure at GM’s Flint truck plant, the move comes amid softer truck sales and industry questions about whether this is simple maintenance or a sign of deeper market shifts.

Cyber tip leads to Bowling Green man facing child porn charges (wbko.com) — Bowling Green police say a cyber tip led them to arrest a local man after investigators traced an explicit image involving a child to his online account. Detectives seized electronics from his home and vehicle, and he now faces serious child sexual performance charges while the investigation continues.

Bowling Green Drug Task Force director explains purpose of flock cameras in the community - WNKY News 40 Television (wnky.com) — Flock cameras placed around Bowling Green are helping police solve serious crimes, including four murder cases, by snapping and briefly storing license plate photos. Local drug task force director Tommy Loving stresses the cameras don’t record faces or speed, but says they’ve become a key tool for recovering stolen cars and tracking suspects in ongoing investigations.
