4. South Central Kentucky residents preparing for Wreaths Across America - WNKY News 40 Television (wnky.com) — Bowling Green residents are invited tomorrow to help place wreaths on veterans’ graves as part of the national Wreaths Across America tribute. Volunteers can sign up at 9 a.m. at JC Kirby and Son Funeral Home on Lovers Lane, where organizers stress honoring service and teaching local children about the cost of our freedoms.
   

5. KDA now accepting registrations for 2026 Kentucky Fruit and Vegetable Conference (nkytribune.com) — Bowling Green will host the 2026 Kentucky Fruit and Vegetable Conference at the Sloan Convention Center Jan. 11–13, bringing hundreds of growers, researchers, and experts to town. Local producers can register now for discounted early-bird pricing, secure hotel rates, and plan for workshops on everything from farm food safety to marketing specialty crops.
