WKU Music students perform in end-of-semester showcase (wkuherald.com) — Western Kentucky University music students in Bowling Green wrapped up the semester with a juried recital in the Ivan Wilson Fine Arts Center, showcasing standout performers in piano, voice, brass, woodwinds and percussion. Local students described the event as their own version of the Grammys, celebrating months of work and marking an important milestone before winter break.

2. WKU Board of Regents approves pre-development agreement to launch multi-year housing transformation (wbko.com) — Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green has approved a key pre-development agreement to kick off a multi-year overhaul of student housing on the Hill. Hugh Poland and Douglas Keen Halls will be replaced by a 1,000-bed complex with modern amenities, opening in 2028, while a lease at Campus Flats on Creason Street will help maintain housing capacity during construction.
