Lexington Gets Its First Graze Craze Charcuterie Store

Graze Craze®, known for its elevated take on the popular charcuterie dining style, has opened its first location in Lexington. The new 1,116-square-foot store, located at 3090 Old Todds Road, Unit 140, in the Todds Center, offers the Bluegrass Region a variety of fresh, creative ways to entertain, with customizable grazing boards and boxes that brighten everything from small parties to large business gatherings.

For Kentucky native and business pro Stacy Starnes, who operates the store with her son, Alex Starnes, Graze Craze offers the opportunity to build a family legacy by creating joyful moments for others.

Graze Craze boards are thoughtfully designed by trained Grazologists™ using premium meats, cheeses, fresh produce, house-made dips, sweet treats, and more. Each offering is crafted for flavor, balance, and artful presentation, perfect for celebrations, gifts, business meetings, or casual get-togethers. The Graze Craze Lexington menu includes signature favorites:

• Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more—the best way to sample a little of everything.
• Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.

Boards are available in a variety of sizes, from a date night or small gathering to a large spread fit for parties and events. Custom orders are welcome. Every board is made fresh to order and available for in-store pickup and local delivery.

Starnes is a devoted fan of the University of Kentucky, where she earned a bachelor of science in accounting. For the last 30 years, she has worked in manufacturing with her husband, Jesse Starnes.
Graze Craze in Lexington will host an official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, December 11th from 2:00pm-4:00pm in partnership with the Lexington Chamber of Commerce. The public is invited to enjoy complimentary samples, giveaways, and a first look at the new space.
