Transylvania University will operate in remote status Friday because of the winter weather.

Faculty will decide whether to hold class virtually or to make up the class time. Students should monitor their email for any communication from faculty regarding the status of their classes. Brunch and dinner services will be available Friday. 

Employees who can work remotely are asked to do so, and essential personnel should report as scheduled. Employees should check with their supervisors for any adjustments to their schedules that may be necessary due to weather conditions. 

Any updates to this status will be communicated via campus message, social media, Inside Transy and the transy.edu website.
