The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing, via Video Teleconference due to the COVID-19 outbreak, on an Agreed Board Order with Industrial Container Services-KY LLC (ICS). ICS is alleged to have violated District Regulation 2.03 (Authorization to Construct or Operate; Demolition/Renovation Notices and Permit Requirements).

You may comment online or by mail to the Board Secretary-Treasurer, Byron Gary, at Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District, 701 W. Ormsby Ave. Suite 303, Louisville, KY 40203, until 5:00 p.m. on March 15, 2022. Oral comments will be accepted at the public hearing via Video Teleconference on March 16, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Instructions on attending the Video Teleconference will be located at www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/docket prior  to the meeting.
