Special meeting scheduled to celebrate Women’s History Month
Louisville – The Metro Council Women’s Caucus will meet on Thursday, March 17, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Third Floor Chambers, Historic City Hall, 601 West Jefferson Street.

Louisville – The Metro Council Women’s Caucus will meet on Thursday, March 17, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Third Floor Chambers, Historic City Hall, 601 West Jefferson Street.
This will be the second meeting for the newly formed Women’s Caucus, co-chaired by Councilwoman Paula McCraney (D-7) and Councilwoman Cassie Chambers Armstrong (D-8). In celebration of Women’s History Month, Metro Council members and community members will recognize influential women in their lives. The guest speakers will also receive a special recognition from the Caucus.

The meeting is open to the public. Everyone attending is encouraged to bring a package of diapers to donate to the Metro Diaper Drive, a partnership with the Office for Women and St. Bernadette Diaper Bank.
