“We applaud the General Assembly for quickly extending critical COVID-19 liability protections for businesses by passing an amendment to Senate Bill 25. These protections are critical to keeping our businesses operating without fear of frivolous litigation that could harm their ability to recoup from a challenging two years. We urge Governor Beshear to sign the bill into law and continue giving businesses this added peace of mind.”
