Caddo Parish Judge Issues Temporary Restraining Order Against Glover
Former Assistant District Attorney with the Caddo District Attorney's Office Turned Judge Michael Pitman granted the protection order.

CADDO PARISH, La. (Ark-La-Tex) — A woman is getting court-ordered protection for her safety against Texas minister Kenyon Glover after accusations of sexual violence and harassment. The woman filed a restraining order against Glover in Caddo Parish.
Consequently, 1st District Judge Michael "Mike" Pitman granted a temporary sexual assault restraining order against Glover for the woman's protection.
In his ruling, judge Pitman of the First Judicial District ordered Glover be restrained from committing further acts of abuse or threats of abuse or sexual assault.

The prohibition includes the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force that would reasonably be expected to cause bodily injury. Court records show the judge's ruling prohibits Glover from abusing or assaulting the victim.
The Louisiana Uniform Abuse Prevention Order is pursuant to L.R.S. 46:2181 et seq., non-intimate sexual assault, stating the protected person is related to the defendant as an acquaintance.

The approved sexual assault restraining order bars Glover from harassing the victim. The Order of Protection blocks Glover from stalking, following, tracking, monitoring, or threatening the victim.
Under the protective order, Glover is prohibited from coming within 100 yards of the woman. The ruling means he cannot make contact with the woman on social media. He is also not allowed to contact her through any method.
The full order requires Glover to stay completely away from the woman and her home, job or school.
Glover, 45, a former NBA player and native of Monroe, is the founder of Faithful & Focused Ministries based out of Dallas, Texas.
Court records show Glover's employment with PickUp USA Fitness in Coppell, Texas, where legal documents were served to him by the Caddo Parish Clerk of Court.
Judge Michael “Mike” Pitman previously served as an assistant district attorney in Caddo and Bossier Parishes, where he specialized in prosecuting high-profile felonies.
