NLFA Opens 2026 Coaching Applications

The NLFA offers coaches a rare opportunity to gain sideline experience while contributing to the growth of post-high school athletes.

Bossier City, LA — The North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA), a regional post-graduate developmental football league, has officially opened its 2026 coaching application cycle.

Now entering its seventh year of operation, the NLFA is focused on offering competitive spring football opportunities for recent high school graduates and under-recruited athletes across the Ark-La-Tex region. With a mission rooted in player development, the league is actively recruiting coaches to fill various positions for its 2026 season, which runs March through May.

  • Head Coaches
  • Position Coaches
  • Player Development and Mentorship Staff

Preferred candidates will have prior coaching or playing experience at the high school, collegiate, or semi-professional level. The league encourages applicants who demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to youth development.

Coaches in the NLFA gain access to professional game film, network with evaluators and scouts, and serve a key role in mentoring the next generation of athletes.
