• Governor Moore Introduces DECADE Act of 2026 to Expand Business Investment and Job Growth in Maryland (mocoshow.com) — Gaithersburg is slated to gain a new AstraZeneca clinical facility as part of a $2 billion investment that state officials say will support 2,600 jobs in Frederick and Gaithersburg. That project is highlighted as a model for Governor Wes Moore’s proposed DECADE Act, which would revamp Maryland’s economic development incentives, tax credits, and grant programs to attract more high-paying jobs statewide.
