Famous Dave’s is Coming to Germantown
Barbecue restaurant will open in same shopping center as Wegmans.
Germantown is about to get another barbecue restaurant.
Famous Dave’s Legendary Pit Bar-B-Q is expected to open Sept. 16 at 20660 Seneca Meadows Parkway—down the street from the new Wegmans, which is expected to open the day before, on Sept. 15.
The restaurant will seat about 200 people and has indoor and outdoor patio space.

A spokeswoman for the chain says the restaurant will bring 135 jobs to Germantown.
In February, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit opened on Mateny Road.
