Pike & Rose to Hold Audio Visual Arts Festival
The event will span 40,000 square feet of office space in the new development.

Pike & Rose, the new pedestrian-oriented neighborhood in the heart of Montgomery County, will hold the first Audio Visual Arts Festival on Saturday, Feb. 7.
The event runs from 6 p.m to 2 a.m. and will feature artists from Washington, D.C., Baltimore, New York, Boston and the Netherlands. Artists will present musical performances and art installations across 40,000 square feet over three floors of office space at Pike & Rose.
The event is free and open to guests 18 and over who register online.
