Back Nine Coming Soon To Crofton

GAMBRILLS, MD — The indoor golf simulator company Back Nine is coming soon to Crofton with a new location planned for Gambrills, according to a news release.

The space spans about 3,866 square feet within a retail center at 1166 Maryland Route 3, No. 20, to serve the Crofton and Gambrills communities.

The Crofton location marks the first franchise for Nate and Nirali DePasquale, Anne Arundel County residents. Through this opening, they bring the Back Nine concept directly to their local community.

“We’re incredibly excited to open our first Back Nine location right here in Crofton,” said Nate DePasquale, franchise owner, in a news release. “This community means a lot to us. Just as importantly, the collaboration behind this project made the process seamless. From site selection to construction, every step felt aligned, and we’re excited to welcome golfers of all skill levels.”

An official opening date will be announced soon, the company said.

Back Nine is designed for golfers of all abilities. Members will enjoy 24/7 access, 365 days a year — a feature the business said sets this location apart from other golf simulator venues in the region.

Hyatt Commercial handled both the landlord and tenant representation. Specifically, John Sindler represented the landlord, while George Shenas and Collin Mercier represented the tenant. In addition, Reliable Commercial Construction completed the tenant fit-out.
