Officer Indicted In Teen's Death Released Without Bail

Judge: Bail amount is "not a matter of leniency. It's a matter of what's fair and appropriate."

A Baltimore County Circuit Court judge has ordered the release, without bail, of an off-duty Baltimore County police officer indicted in the death of a Randallstown teen.
