Owings Mills Shooting Leads To Attempted Murder Charge
Police said two people have been arrested in connection with an Owings Mills shooting.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — A man and woman have been charged in connection with a November shooting in Owings Mills, police said.
The charges stem from an altercation that occurred Nov. 13, when authorities said they found someone shot inside a vehicle on Lakeside Boulevard at Owings Mills Boulevard before 7:20 p.m.
Juan Ahmad Williams, 30, of Chesapeake, Va., has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, police reported Monday, Dec. 6. He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Taishay Williams, 30, of Gwynn Oak, is charged with first- and second-degree assault. Police said she has been released on her own recognizance, and that she had gotten into an altercation with the victim's sister before the shooting occurred. She was arrested Nov. 21 and released Nov. 22.
