Woman Found After Owings Mills Disappearance: Police

Police said a woman who was last seen Tuesday in Owings Mills has been located.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — A woman who has an intellectual disability has been located, after she went missing on Tuesday.

Quandra Horn Clark, 27, was found, the Baltimore County Police Department said in a statement before 5 p.m. on Wednesday.

Clark had been last seen around 2:45 p.m. in the area of Royalty Circle in Owings Mills. Due to her health challenges, officials said she may be limited in her ability to communicate.
