Homicide Detectives Investigating Suspicious Death In Perry Hall
When police responded to a welfare check just after noon on Aug. 19, they found 91-year-old Norman Albert deceased.
PERRY HALL, MD — Homicide detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 91-year-old man found in his home on Aug 19.
Just after noon on Aug. 19, officers with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to a welfare check in the 9200 block of Hines Road, police said. When they entered the residence, they found 91-year-old Norman Albert deceased.
