“Maryland has proven to be a successful, growing market for us, and we can’t wait to bring fresh, wholesome food to the Timonium community,” Honeygrow Founder and CEO Justin Rosenberg said in a press release. “Thanks to our incredible team and loyal fans, our presence in Maryland has continued to grow rapidly over the past seven years and we are excited to further our expansion.”

While each restaurant has the same menu offering fresh and made-to-order stir-fry, salads and honeybars, the restaurants all have their own special mural designed by their team, Amy DePaoli, Honeygrow director of marketing, told Patch.

Honeygrow features a menu of five year-round stir-fries (all under 800 calories) and six healthy salads (under 700 calories). The create-your-own (CYO) versions mean there is a dish for everyone. Customers choose a base (noodles, rice or a selection of greens), a protein (beef, chicken, shrimp, tofu or egg), add-ins and garnishes with an endless variety of options ranging from veggies, fruits and cheeses to chili crisps and roasted garlic.

There are six main sauces or six dressings to choose from as the last step. The customized program meets every dietary need, including high protein, gluten free, keto, paleo, vegetarian, pescatarian or vegan.

The restaurant also offers its signature honeybars, a sweet dessert using fresh fruit, three kinds of flavored honey and various garnishes. Like the CYO stir-fries and salads, all honeybars can be customized with a base of either cheesecake filling or vanilla yogurt. Add-ins like apples, grapes or roasted apples are the healthier options or splurge with coconut shavings, milk chocolate chips, granola, streusel crumble, whipped cream, candied pecan or brownie crumble.

Honeygrow is open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
