• 16 BCPS high school athletic programs honored with NIAAA Quality Program Award at national conference (nottinghammd.com) — Perry Hall High School’s athletic program and Athletic Director Robert Hruz have been nationally honored with the NIAAA’s top Quality Program Award, recognizing excellence in safety, equity, and student support. They’re one of 16 Baltimore County high schools earning this Exemplary Level distinction, highlighting strong leadership, upgraded safety protocols, and better access for student-athletes across the county.
   

• Record number of BCPS teachers earn National Board Certification in 2025 (nottinghammd.com) — Several Perry Hall educators, including teachers at Perry Hall Elementary and Perry Hall High School, are among a record 122 BCPS teachers earning National Board Certification this year. Their advanced credentials, supported by Maryland’s Blueprint incentives, bring added expertise into local classrooms and will be celebrated at a district pinning ceremony this spring.
