Perry Hall Among 'Best Places To Live In Baltimore Area': Report

Perry Hall is among the top 50 places to call home in 2022 for the Baltimore area, according to a new report by Niche.

PERRY HALL, MD — Perry Hall is considered one of the best neighborhoods in the Baltimore metro area, according to Niche's new list of best places to live in 2022.

The new Niche listings, with rankings both national and local, were released Monday. It ranked Perry Hall No. 50 on its local "Best Places to Live" list.

"Living in Perry Hall offers residents a dense suburban feel and most residents own their homes," Niche commented on its website. "In Perry Hall there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in Perry Hall and residents tend to have moderate political views. The public schools in Perry Hall are above average."

The company creates its annual "Best Places to Live" rankings using data from the U.S. Census, FBI, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in addition to resident reviews, according to a news release.

It also considers factors like affordability, the housing market, diversity, public schools and walkability.
