Strangled 11-Year-Old Girl Remembered At Middle River Vigil: Reports
A strangled 11-year-old girl was remembered at a Middle River vigil, reports said. Her mom was charged with murder and held without bond.

MIDDLE RIVER, MD — An 11-year-old girl, who police say was killed by her mother, was remembered recently at a Middle River vigil.
Detectives said London Olsen was "strangled with a plastic drain cleaner found next to her body" in the family's basement last Thursday, The Baltimore Banner reported.
Authorities alleged the girl's mother, 34-year-old Keyona Dillon, also killed the family's two cats, one rabbit and one dog the night before London's death, The Banner said.

"Dillon was transported to BCoPD Headquarters to be interviewed, at which time she continued to display erratic behavior including exclamations about exposing child sex rings, transsexuals, and the Proud Boys," the statement of probable cause said, according to The Banner.
Court records show Dillon was charged with first-degree murder. Judge Marsha L. Russell ordered Dillon held without bond, the case file says.

WBFF reported that on Friday night that a vigil for London was held on the Hawthorne Elementary School basketball court with balloons and candles.
"How could you do that? How could you take your own child, I just don't understand. It's really no words, it's just heartbreaking," vigil attendee Indya Streams told WBFF.
WBFF said Tylen, an 11-year-old classmate and friend of London, attended the vigil.
"She was the greatest friend that I ever had in school," he told WBFF. "When I first came to this school, she was the first friend to ever talk to me."
Authorities said they were called Thursday around noon to the 2100 block of Firethorn Road in the Hawthorne neighborhood.
The Baltimore County Police Department said officers found the child dead inside the family's home. Three other children inside the home were unharmed.
