UPDATE: Perry Hall's Manhattan Grill Closes Permanently
Honeygo Village Center management is seeking a new restaurant to take its place.

After some hope that its closure may be temporary, Honeygo Village Center management is now seeking a new tenant to replace Perry Hall's Manhattan Grill.
Janet Griffin, a lease administrator with Chesapeake Realty Partners, said the restaurant has officially closed permanently and another restaurant is expected to take its place. Anyone interested in leasing should contact Segall Group at 410-753-3000, Griffin said.
The restaurant closed its doors at the beginning of December. Chesapeake Realty Partners offered no explanation for the shut-down.

Megan Knauer, owner of the nearby shop Carlyn Smith Creations, said she was disappointed by the closure.
"The food was great. I'm always disappointed to see anything bad happen to a little business around here," Knauer said in December.

The restaurant's website remains live and states that it opened in 2004.
One Perry Hall resident contacted Patch after he redeemed a $25 off certificate for the restaurant on Restaurants.com, which still lists the business as open. Other residents also shared their surprise over the closure on Perry Hall Patch's Facebook page.
