The father told police that his daughter's 2007 Toyota Camry was found in the same apartment complex it was stolen from a week prior.
As an officer drove by the vehicle, it began leaving the parking space. Police said they tried to stop the car, but the driver fled the scene and drove to a dead-end, where it collided with a parked vehicle.

Argueta, Guerra, and Martin were detained. Upon further investigation, officers determined that the registration tags on the vehicle belonged to another stolen car. Police said they searched the vehicle and found burglary tools, including pliers, a crowbar, a sledgehammer, and gloves.
All three suspects were taken to the Central Processing Unit in Rockville. Guerra was released on 10 percent of a $5,000 bond; Martin was released on 10 percent of a $2,500 bond; and Argueta was released on a $2,500 unsecured bond (no payment at this time).
