MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — Maryland Transportation Authority officers arrested a Baltimore man on Monday in connection with multiple warrants and driving a stolen vehicle on the Intercounty Connector in Montgomery County.

At 1:45 p.m. on Monday, an MDTA police officer assigned to the Intercounty Connector detachment stopped to assist a motorist after officers saw the driver pull over and inspect one of the vehicle’s tires near New Hampshire Avenue.
