Car Crashes Into Wells Fargo Bank In Silver Spring

SILVER SPRING, MD — A car crashed into a Wells Fargo bank in Silver Spring Friday morning, officials said.

The accident occurred shortly before 10 a.m. at 13920 Georgia Ave., Chief Spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Service Pete Piringer said.

There were no injuries, but there is some structural damage near the front door, Piringer told Patch.

A building inspector has been requested and a tow truck removed the vehicle.
