As adults get ready to celebrate Halloween weekend, Montgomery County Police announced a sobriety checkpoint will take place Friday.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — As adults get ready to celebrate Halloween weekend, the Montgomery County Police Department announced a sobriety checkpoint will take place Friday night.
The checkpoint will occur at an undisclosed location in Montgomery County and will start at about 10 p.m. Friday.
Police want to remind residents celebrating Halloween with alcohol to have a plan, drive responsibly and choose a sober driver.

Officers from the Montgomery County Police Department, deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and troopers from Maryland State Police will be conducting the sobriety checkpoint.
