Pier 1 Imports Closing Silver Spring Location

is closing its downtown Silver Spring location after losing its lease. From office furniture to golf pens—everything in the store is marked down 10 to 40 percent off, and will possibly drop lower as it gets closer to the store's final week. Throughout the day customers are coming in to see what they can find. 

One manager, who asked to remain anonymous, told Patch that they are uncertain of where the new store location will be, but they do know they are scheduled to leave by Thursday, August 25.
