SILVER SPRING, MD — Police are searching for an 11-year-old girl missing from Silver Spring.

Cristina Acre-Urrutia, of the 1900 block of East West Highway, was last seen at her home at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

Police and family are concerned for Acre-Urrutia’s welfare.

Police describe Acre-Urrutia as a Hispanic female, 5’01” and weighs 90 pounds. She has brown eyes and long dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing ripped blue jeans, a floral crop top and carrying a reusable shopping bag, police said.
