Teen Missing From Kemp Mill: Police

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department are asking the public for help in locating Frieda Allissa Tan, 16.

SILVER SPRING, MD — Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department are asking the public for help in locating a 16-year-old teen missing from the Kemp Mill area.

Frieda Allissa Tan, who goes by her middle name Allissa, is of the 1200 block of Caddington Ave. She was reported missing by her family, who believes that she may still be in the area with friends. Police and family are concerned for her welfare, police said.

Police describe Allisa as an Asian female, 5’ 01” tall and weighing 95 pounds. She has black hair and black eyes.

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Frieda Allissa Tan is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigations Division at 240-773-5400 or the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24 hours).
