Video: Police Officials Release Subway Robbery Footage
Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information provided that leads to an arrest and/or indictment for this felony crime.
Montgomery County Police officials continue their investigation into an armed robbery, on July 2, at the Subway restaurant on Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring.
During an initial investigation detectives described how the suspect entered the store and approached the cashier. He then produced a small silver revolver, jumped over the counter, and ordered the cashier to open the cash register. He fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.
Detectives released the surveillance video of the suspect in hopes of getting someone to come forward with information. The suspect is being described as a 30 year-old black man who may weigh between 230 to 250 pounds.
