Arlington Man's Co-conspirator Caught After 2 Months

The final member of a possible drug dealing operation was caught after two months on the run.

ARLINGTON, MA — A resident’s co-conspirator in a possible drug-dealing operation was arrested after two months at-large.

Arlington’s Jonathan Perry, 25, was arrested and arraigned in federal court on a charge of conspiracy to contribute controlled substances in May along with two others from Athol. The final person believed to be involved is Keith Harlow, 39. Known by his street name “Lord Savage,” Harlow has been convicted of multiple prior armed robberies and, at the time of this arrest, was on parole following multiple concurrent state prison sentences. During a raid of Harlow’s residence earlier this year, firearm receivers, suppressors, manufacturing supplies, and approximately 100 grams of cocaine were recovered. Harlow is now facing up to 60 years in prison.
