Attempted Kidnapping: Arlington Police Investigating Incident With 11-year-old Boy

ARLINGTON, MA — The police department announced that it is investigating a report that a juvenile was approached by a suspicious vehicle on Tuesday.

An 11-year-old boy was walking home from a convenience store on Broadway at approximately 3:10 p.m. when he was approached by a four-door sedan vehicle on Waldo Road. The boy described the driver as a man wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt and a black facemask. The man tried to grab the boy’s arm, but the boy escaped and ran away.
