Arlington Public Schools Launches Survey For Special Education Grads

ARLINGTON, MA — The Arlington Public Schools Special Education Department has launched a survey for graduates to see how they are doing following high school.

Students who graduated during the 2021-2022 school year and were eligible for an Individualized Education Program (IEP) at the time of graduation are urged to participate.

"Now that you have been out in the world for a while, we want to hear how you are doing so we can make high school a better place for all our students," the district said in a statement.

The survey asks about both work opportunities and continuing education and provides space for suggestions.

To complete the survey, former Arlington students may click here, call the Special Education Office at (781) 316-3608 between the hours of 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or visit the District Office in person on the sixth floor of Arlington High School between the hours of 9a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Answering the survey questions take about 5 minutes. Answers must be recorded no later than Sept. 15.
