Man Facing Charges Of Motor Vehicle Homicide and OUI In Arlington

The person was evading police for more than one month, police said.

ARLINGTON, MA — A Milford resident was arrested at his home earlier this week on an outstanding warrant dating back to a fatal motor vehicle incident that took place in Arlington on Sept. 9, police officials said.

Robert Laspesa, 41, was apprehended at his Milford home at approximately 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 21. He has officially been charged with motor vehicle homicide and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs.

According to the Milford Police Department, Laspesa was held without bail and transferred to the Arlington Police Department for arraignment on Wednesday.
