Arlington Seeking Contractor For School Heat Pump Project
Town Manager James Feeney announced that the town is accepting bids for the job.
ARLINGTON, MA — The town is soliciting bids for a project to install 10 heat pump rooftop units at Thompson Elementary School.
The estimated cost for the project’s construction is $60,000. The heat pumps are necessary to heat the cafeteria of the school located on 187 Everett St.
A pre-bid conference is taking place at the school on Thursday, Feb. 20 at 11 a.m. According to the town, it is mandatory for any potential bidders. Attendees will have the opportunity to inspect the job site.

Bids are being accepted by the Office of the Town Manager/Purchasing Department. The submission deadline is Thursday, Feb. 27 at 2 p.m.
