Second Teenager Arrested In Connection To Fatal Brockton Shooting
Days after a teenager was arrested in connection with a Brockton driveway shooting that left a man dead, another teen is facing charges.

BROCKTON, MA — A second teenager has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a Brockton man earlier this month.
Jeremy Depina, 15, is facing murder charges in connection to the death of Fabio Andrade-Monteiro after he was arrested Thursday, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz said Friday.
On Wednesday, 17-year-old Tashawn Brown pleaded not guilty to a murder charge in Andrade-Monteiro's Feb. 10 death. He was arrested the day before.

Brown was ordered to be held without bail.
On Thursday, Feb. 10, Brockton police responded to a home on Ash Street around 11:15 p.m. to find Andrade-Monteiro had been shot in his car in his driveway. Emergency crews rushed him to a hospital, where he later died.

The shooting remains under investigation and Brown is due back in court in March.
Depina is expected to be arraigned on a murder charge in Brockton District Court Monday, and he'll be held until then.
