High-End Brookline Bikes Stolen From 2 Locked Basements
Police said two Boston men were charged with theft with the help of an Apple AirTag tracking device.

BROOKLINE, MA — Brookline police are crediting the insertion of an Apple AirTag into a pricey bicycle for helping them recover it in Boston after it was one of two bike thefts from locked basements in the town during the same day in August.
Police said the value of thefts was close to $30,000.
Police said they were able to use the tracking device to lead them to the Fenway section of Boston where they found two men in possession of one of the bikes.
