5 Things To Do Today in Framingham: July 9
Busy night at the Framingham Public Library and the Framingham Farmers' Market is open this afternoon.
1. The Framingham Farmers’ Market will be open today from noon to 5:30 p.m. on the Framingham Centre Common.
2. The town’s trio of public beaches will be open today from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Beach tags are required for use. They can be purchased at each of the 3 beaches - Lake Waushakum, Saxonville Beach and Learneds Pond.
3. The main Framingham Library is hosting a family program Knight at the Castle tonight from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Attend the event in your favorite princess, dragon, knight or wizard costume. Participate in crafts and stories celebrating medieval times. The event is free and appropriate for children ages 3 and older.

4. The main Framingham Library will also present a free concert tonight at 7. Notorius features Eden MacAdam Somer on fiddle and vocals, and Larry Unger on guitar and banjo.The duo will play traditional American, Celtic, Eastern-European tunes and songs, swing, blues and classical music.
5. Plan Ahead: Learn about Yoga from Amy Moses of Mystic Fitness Yoga Studio in Framingham at the Library’s new Brown Bag lunch series on Friday. The free event is at noon at the main library.
