That June night after the vote, the Framingham School Committee met behind closed doors to discuss contract negotiations between the assistant superintendent and the Framingham Public Schools.
The Framingham School Committee will vote to approve a base salary of $145,000 for Tiano on July 21.

Former Assistant Superintendent Mark Prince made $135,000 before leaving after one year.
Tiano will also be offered a with a $5,000 car allowance and a $5,000K annuity in year one that will increase to a $10,000 annuity in year two and remain at $10,000 in year three. The annuity will be paid at the end of each school year.
Tiano is scheduled to start with the Framingham Public Schools on Monday, July 20.
While employed with Framingham, Tiano will continue to receive a paycheck from Chelmsford Public Schools through January 31, 2016.
