Attempted Murder, Drug Trafficking: Framingham Grand Jury Indictments
Three Framingham-related cases were announced by the Middlesex DA.

FRAMINGHAM – Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Tuesday the grand jury indictments handed down between Aug. 3 and Sept. 20.
Three Framingham-related cases were included.
All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Framingham
Jonathan Arizandieta, 29, of Framingham, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and failure to stop for police. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Justin Breakspear, 31, of Framingham, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder (5 counts), assault with a dangerous weapon (5 counts), possession of a firearm without a license, subsequent offense, possession of ammunition (2 counts), possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of a large capacity feeding device (6 counts), discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, possession of a loaded firearm, and being an armed career criminal (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Margaret Pastuszak.
Paul Yogo, 30, of Framingham, was charged with possession of a sawed off shotgun and assault and battery (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Mary F.P. O’Neill.
