Framingham Man Allegedly Exposed Penis At Mall: Arrests

A man is facing charges after allegedly exposing his genitals on purpose to a person in the Natick Mall parking garage.

FRAMINGHAM, MA—The dispatcher described the caller as "inconsolable" when that victim called to report that a man had exposed himself in the parking garage of the Natick Mall.

On March 23 at 5:44 p.m. in parking deck "C" at the mall, a man was allegedly spotted masturbating while exposing his penis. The man, said police, intentionally exposed his genitals to the victim in a manner that "produced shock and alarm."

Amilcar Antonio Rivas-Rivera, 25, Framingham, was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness. A second charge was dropped prior to the arrangement.
