Hopkinton Police Log: Fourth Offense OUI Arrest, Disruptive Boat Driver
Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Monday, July 10
9:08 a.m.: A Hayden Rowe Street resident went in to the to report that her bike had been stolen from her garage.
11:14 a.m.: A caller from Robbern Road reported a red pickup truck revving its engine and people all around the truck yelling. The caller also said it appeared as if they were tying a rope around a bush. An officer said it sounded as if they were trying to pull out a shrub and confirmed that by checking the scene.

12:36 p.m.: An officer issued a citation to a food delivery truck that had backed up the wrong way on Walcott Street.
1:05 p.m.: Two callers reported a very minor crash in a parking lot on West Main Street.

1:24 p.m.: Officers attempted to serve a warrant to a Teresa Road resident.
2:11 p.m.: A caller reported a brush fire near the soccer fields in . Ashland Fire Department responded.
2:50 p.m.: A caller reported a young male riding in a black MasterCraft with a bullhorn yelling obscenities and driving fast around the south end of Lake Maspenock. Officers were unable to find the boat as described.
5:55 p.m.: OnStar reported a crash on route 495. An officer responded with an ambulance as well as the Massachusetts State Police.
6:00 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Main Street and arrested Issac James Brown, 20, of 350 Concord St., Framingham. Brown was charged with possession of liquor by a person under 21, driving without a license in possession, driving without a registration in possession, driving without an inspection sticker, a license plate violation and possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute.
6:18 p.m.: A caller from Yale Road reported that her 11 year old son went swimming with an older teenager and was now nowhere to be found. An officer responded and checked an area in the woods by the lake that is frequented by youths. He found the son there and escorted him back to his mom.
8:53 p.m.: Multiple callers reported “many hit water foul in the roadway” on West Main Street. An officer responded and reported that they were all deceased except one. assisted the DPW with “removing the debris”.

7:36 p.m.: An officer came upon a young female crying in her vehicle on Main Street. She reported a recent breakup.
8:51 p.m.: A caller from South Street reported a noise complaint of trucks and heavy machinery operating and men yelling at each other. An officer responded and spoke to people that were loading tractor trailers with generators.
9:08 p.m.: A 911 caller from West Main Street reported that someone was parked in his driveway and repeatedly knocking on his door. When an officer arrived he spoke to the knocking person who was trying to purchase an item for sale in the yard.
10:25 p.m.: An officer stopped a motor vehicle on Main Street and arrested Stephen E. Hall, 44, of 60 Whipple Rd., Billerica, for fourth offense drunken-driving.
