Officials from the Hollstion Fire Department responded to the following incidents between June 22 and June 28.

Friday, June 22
3:19 A.M.: An ambulance responded to a medical on Arch Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
10:49 A.M.: An ambulance responded to a medical on Summer Street. An Uxbridge resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:34 P.M.: Deputy Jim Moore investigated a fuel leak on Washington Street.
1:31 P.M.:  An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical on Goulding Street. A Framingham resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:29 P.M.: Â An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical on Marshall Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.
5:41 P.M.: Weekend Duty Officer Chief Michael Cassidy investigated wires arcing on Washington Street.
5:58 P.M.: Weekend Duty Officer Chief Michael Cassidy investigated alarm trouble on Bartzak Drive.
6:13 P.M.: An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
6:42 P.M.: An Ashland Fire Department ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
Saturday, June 23
4:38 P.M.: An ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A Medway resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.Â
Sunday, June 24
3:05 P.M.: An ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Stonybrook Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
Monday, June 25
9:51 A.M.: Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an electrical problem on Oak Street.
10:00 A.M.: Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an electrical problem on Oak Street.
1:10 P.M.: Â Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a vehicle which had driven into a building on Jeffrey Avenue.
8:40 P.M.: Chief Michael Cassidy responded to an odor investigation on Northway Street.
Tuesday, June 26
5:40 A.M.: Chief Michael Cassidy responded to an investigation on Fiske Street.
1:52 P.M.:  An ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Stagecoach Road. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.
3:08 P.M.: An ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Elm Street.  Two individuals refused transport, and signed waivers were obtained. A Sherborn resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.Â
Wednesday, June 27
1:59 P.M.: An ambulance responded to a walk-in medical emergency at the Fire Station. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
4:31 P.M.: An ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Prentice Street. A Milford resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
9:54 P.M.: An ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.
Thursday, June 28
10:48 A.M.: An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
12:15 P.M.: An ambulance stopped at a motor vehicle crash in Milford while returning from the hospital. The driver refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.
1:58 P.M.: An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A Franklin resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
3:47 P.M.: Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an odor on Highland Street.
