Holliston Fire Log: Vehicle Entrapment, Vehicle Fire

Between Friday July 6 and Thursday July 12, Holliston members of the Holliston Fire Department responded to the following 17 incidents.

Friday, July 6

9:55 a.m.:Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a dryer fire on Rolling Meadow Drive.

12:25 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mechanic Street. The individual refused transport, and a signed waiver was obtained.

Saturday, July 7

5:51 a.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Framingham responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:04 a.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

6:39 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A Medway resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:00 p.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Dorset Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Sunday, July 8

3:44 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

9:10 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

9:59 p.m.: Weekend Duty Officers Captain Ken Fisher and Firefighter John Gagnon investigated an alarm activation on Fieldstone Drive.

Tuesday, July 10

2:27 p.m.: Chief Michael Cassidy and Deputy Jim Moore investigated a vehicle fire on Concord Street.

6:57 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Courtland Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:28 p.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on North Mill Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Wednesday, July 11

1:25 a.m.: Chief Michael Cassidy, the ambulance, paramedics from Events EMS, Rescue 1 and Engine 3 responded to a motor vehicle crash with entrapment.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:15 p.m.: Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a report of wires arcing on Washington Street.

3:37 p.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a medical emergency on Adams Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:05 p.m.: Chief Michael Cassidy investigated illegal burning on Northway Street. The resident was advised of the open burning regulations.

Thursday, July 12

11:04 a.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
